Forget birth control pill? Easy solution! Alternative!

Nuvaring is the brand of a vaginal ring-shaped contraceptive sold by Organon.

It is a flexible plastic ring that administering a small dose of progesterone and an estrogen during the course of 3-4 weeks keeps its efficacy.

The woman removes the ring and inserts it without the need of a doctor.

Nuvaring may be placed with the woman lying down, squat, or on foot (see film). The woman should enter it in the vagina by pushing it with your finger and won't even feel it anymore, after the ring is placed correctly.

The insertion must be made on the 5th day of menstruation and the ring must remain in place for 21 days. To remove the Nuvaring just insert your finger in the vagina and pull the ring out. Should be a pause of 7 days and a new ring should be used for another 21 days.

It is the same cycle of the birth control pill.

Since I changed to the ring I don't forget to take pills, ain't it great?

The ring is a bit large but after you insert it you simply forget you have it!

In Portugal there is a phone service that text messages you when is the day to put it and take it!, Nice ?! Yes I also think so!

Sure it can have side effects but also birth control pills have, the only way is to convince the husbands to do a vasectomy...
